4. Returns and Refunds

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return items within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Removing any NorthNYC security tags or seals may void the return eligibility.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
