1. Are your sneakers authentic? Absolutely. Every pair at NorthNYC is guaranteed 100% authentic. Our team of expert authenticators, who have years of experience in the footwear industry, manually inspects every item. We check everything from stitching and materials to box labels and SKU codes.

2. What condition are the sneakers in? Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all our sneakers are brand new and come in their original box. We also inspect for "factory flaws" to ensure you get a pair that meets our high standards.

3. Do you sell "B-Grades" or "Variants"? No. We only source original, retail-grade products. We do not sell fakes, replicas, or B-grade inventory.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How fast is your shipping? We know you want your gear fast. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

5. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? For security reasons, especially with high-value releases, we prefer shipping to physical addresses. If you must use a P.O. Box, please contact us before ordering so we can verify the shipping carrier.

6. Will I need to sign for my package? To ensure your sneakers arrive safely, we may require a signature for orders over a certain dollar amount. This prevents "porch piracy" and ensures the King’s armor gets directly into your hands.

9. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a 100% refund. The shoes must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original, undamaged shoe box.
