Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original branded box, which must also be in good condition.
Tags Intact: Any original hangtags or security seals should remain attached.
Sneakerhead Tip: When shipping shoes back, please place the shoe box inside a separate shipping box. Applying tape or shipping labels directly to the sneaker box makes the item ineligible for a full refund.
